A Scalable Web-Based Framework for High-Resolution Figure Validation and Automated Manuscript Preparation
High-resolution figures and consistent document formatting are essential requirements in modern academic publishing. Many manuscript rejections occur due to non-compliance with technical guidelines such as image resolution, figure dimensions, and layout consistency. This demo manuscript presents a scalable, web-based framework designed to assist authors and publishers in validating manuscript figures and automating document preparation workflows. The framework focuses on validating image resolution (minimum 300 DPI), pixel dimensions, aspect ratios, and file integrity during manuscript submission. Additionally, it supports structured content handling, automated pagination, and export-ready layouts suitable for journal PDF generation.
The proposed system is implemented using client-side JavaScript for instant feedback and server-side PHP for secure validation and bulk processing. By combining real-time user interaction with robust backend verification, the framework reduces editorial workload and improves submission quality. This manuscript serves as a demonstration of structure, formatting, and content organization rather than a report of experimental findings.
High-Resolution Figure Preparation and DPI Optimization for Scientific Manuscript Submission
High-quality visual representation of scientific data is essential for accurate communication and reproducibility in scholarly publications. Many manuscripts face delays or rejection due to improper figure resolution, incorrect DPI settings, or unsuitable file formats. This demo manuscript presents standardized guidelines for preparing publication-ready figures with a focus on DPI calculation, pixel-to-print size relationships, and best practices for journal submission. Figures were designed at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI, following widely accepted publisher recommendations. The workflow described here provides a reproducible and scalable approach for authors to generate compliant figures suitable for print and digital distribution.

Globally, breast cancer poses a persistent and serious health issue, with its incidence steadily increasing. Traditional medicinal plants from the Indian Himalayas offer promising potential for treatment. Our review evaluates traditional knowledge and practices in the Himalayan region concerning the use of medicinal plants for breast cancer treatment. It identified 31 plants with potential for managing breast cancer, belonging to 30 genera and 24 families. The Asteraceae and Fabaceae families were the most represented, each contributing three species, followed by Amaryllidaceae and Zingiberaceae. Regarding plant habits, herbs were the most frequently utilized, followed by trees, climbers, and shrubs. Various plant parts, were used in treating breast cancer with fresh or dried leaves being most common, followed by roots and bark. Numerous bioactive substances with anticancer qualities, including flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, tannins, saponins, steroids, and glycosides, are found in these anticancer plants. They have a range of inhibitory actions against cancer cells through apoptosis, microtubule and cytokine inhibition, inhibition of transcription factor NF-κB, and Histone Acetyltransferases (HATs). Himalayan medicinal plants hold potential as anticancer agents against breast cancer; However, most studies lack scientific validation and rely on anecdotal evidence. Further research is required to establish their mechanisms and therapeutic relevance.

Water pollution may increase the abundance of viruses, bacteria, filamentous fungi, algae and protozoa that parasite on freshwater organisms causing an effect. Over the past few decades, various species of pathogenic fungi have been reported to cause numerous diseases in different countries. This study aim to examine the relationship between the increase of fungal diseases (caused by Fusarium solani) and water quality through comparison of the morphological characteristics between prawn shrimp (Penaeus monodon) among two regions (polluted; Jazan Sea vs. unpolluted; Farsan Island). We collected samples from two different regions and measured weight (g), body length (mm), and antenna length (mm) as well as reported color and black spot. We also isolate fungi from 10 sample for each study region to diagnose fungal disease of Fusarium solani. We finally measured parameters of water quality including PH, temperature, O2 (mg/l), total dissolved solid (mg/l), total organic carbon (mg/l), dissolved organic carbon (mg/l) and biodegradable dissolved organic carbon %. Results show a significant variation in the morphological characteristics of prawn shrimp (Penaeus monodon) between the two study regions in terms of shape, color, weight (g), body length (mm) and antennae length (mm) as well as variation in water quality components. A relationship was found between water quality and the increased incidence of fungal parasite Fusarium solani of prawn shrimp (Fusarium solani). Good water quality was observed on Farasan Island, associated with species uninfected by Fusarium solani. In contrast, the Jazan Sea, where most species were found to be infected with Fusarium solani, was associated with poor water quality, affecting morphological characteristics. Therefore, we aim to establish a theoretical basis for early prevention and control of fungal diseases in shrimp associated with water quality.
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Predictive Healthcare: A Machine Learning Approach to Early Disease Detection
Recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) have transformed the healthcare industry, enabling data-driven insights for improved diagnosis, treatment, and patient management. This research explores the implementation of machine learning algorithms for early disease detection using clinical and demographic data. We evaluate the performance of various supervised learning models—such as logistic regression, random forest, and deep neural networks—on a curated dataset comprising patient health records. The study demonstrates that the proposed hybrid model achieves higher accuracy and recall compared to traditional diagnostic methods. Our findings suggest that integrating AI-driven predictive systems within healthcare frameworks can enhance preventive care, reduce diagnosis time, and support medical decision-making. The paper concludes with recommendations for real-world deployment and outlines ethical considerations in AI-based healthcare systems.
