Global Scientia Perspectives (GSP)

Global Scientia Perspectives is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that promotes high-quality, original, and interdisciplinary research across pharmaceutical sciences and allied scientific domains. The journal places strong emphasis on the integration of multiple scientific disciplines, translational relevance, and real-world impact on healthcare, society, and sustainable development.

All submitted manuscripts must clearly demonstrate scientific rigor, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

    1. Original Research Articles: Full-length reports of original experimental, theoretical, or applied research in basic, translational, or clinical sciences. Meta-analyses are included under this category

      • Word limit: Maximum 7,500 words (including abstract; excluding references, tables, and figures)

      • Abstract: Structured; maximum 300 words

      • References: No limit

      • Figures/Tables: No strict limit (recommended up to 6–8 combined)

      Clinical Research Reporting Standards: Clinical manuscripts must comply with internationally accepted reporting guidelines, including:

      • Randomized trials: CONSORT

      • Systematic reviews/meta-analyses: PRISMA

      • Study protocols: SPIRIT / PRISMA-P

      • Diagnostic/prognostic studies: STARD, TRIPOD

      • Observational studies: STROBE

      • Case reports: CARE

      • Qualitative research and economic evaluations: COREQ, CHEERS

      • Animal studies: ARRIVE

      • Authors should consult the EQUATOR Network for additional guidance.

    2. Review Articles: Reviews must present critical analysis, synthesis, and expert interpretation of published literature. Mere compilation of published studies is discouraged.

      • Word limit: No limit

      • Abstract: Maximum 300 words

      • References: No limit

      • Figures/Tables: No limit

    3. Mini Reviews: Focused reviews addressing emerging, controversial, or unresolved topics within the journal’s scope.

      • Word limit: Maximum 10,000 words

      • Abstract: Maximum 300 words

      • References: No limit

    4. Letters to the Editor: Letters provide scholarly discussion, commentary on previously published GSP articles, or brief reports of noteworthy observations.

      • Word limit: Maximum 1,000 words

      • Abstract: Not required

      • References: Maximum 10

      • Figures/Tables: One allowed

    5. Editorials: Editorials are typically invited and written by recognized experts or leaders in the field.

      • Word limit: Maximum 2,000 words

      • Abstract: Not required

      • References: Maximum 35

      • Figures/Tables: Up to two

    6. Editorial Commentaries: Invited expert commentaries that contextualize recent research, reports, or scientific developments.

      • Word limit: Maximum 2,000 words

      • Abstract: Not required

      • References: Maximum 25

    7. Perspectives / Opinions: Forward-looking, conceptual, or opinion-based articles addressing emerging trends, challenges, or innovative ideas.

      • Word limit: Maximum 3,000 words

      • Abstract: Unstructured; maximum 300 words

      • Figures/Tables: Up to two

    8. Case Reports: Case reports must present exceptional novelty, scientific relevance, or clinical significance. Reports based solely on rarity are not considered.

      • Word limit: Maximum 2,500 words

      • Abstract: Brief, unstructured

      • References: Maximum 35

      • Figures/Tables: Up to eight

    9. Technical Notes: Reports describing new or substantially improved experimental methods, analytical techniques, or technological advancements.

      • Word limit: Maximum 3,500 words

      • Abstract: Unstructured; maximum 250 words

      • References: Maximum 35

    10. Brief Reports: Concise reports of significant findings that do not require full-length articles.

      • Word limit: Maximum 3,500 words

      • Abstract: Unstructured; maximum 250 words

      • References: Maximum 35

    11. Commentary: Expert viewpoints on recent scientific progress or policy-related developments.

      • Word limit: Maximum 3,000 words

      • Abstract: Maximum 200 words

    12. Research Letters: Short, focused reports of novel findings. Authors must clearly state the interdisciplinary question addressed also principal finding.

      • Word limit: Maximum 1,000 words

      • References: Maximum 5

      • Figures/Tables: One allowed

  3.  Manuscript Preparation

    • Text must be double-spaced, in Word format

    • Pages and lines must be numbered continuously

    • Figures should be submitted separately

    • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

    • Author details (full names, affiliations, addresses, and email IDs) must appear on the title page.

  4. References
    GSP follows the Vancouver referencing style. References must be numbered sequentially in the order of appearance. Only published and publicly accessible sources are permitted. Unpublished data and personal communications should be cited within the text only.

  5. Ethical Standards
    The journal adheres to COPE and ICMJE guidelines.

    • Ethics committee approval is mandatory for human and animal studies

    • Informed consent must be stated where applicable

    • Data fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism are strictly prohibited

  6. Conflict of Interest
    All authors must disclose financial or non-financial competing interests. If none exist, authors must declare: “The authors declare that they have no competing interests.”

  7. Plagiarism Policy
    All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts must maintain an overall similarity index below 20%. Excessive similarity, self-plagiarism, or duplicate publication will result in rejection.

  8. Data and Materials Availability
    Authors are encouraged to deposit datasets in recognized public repositories and provide accession numbers or DOIs. Supplementary material enhances transparency, discoverability, and citation impact.

  9. Submission Process
    Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official submission system or designated email as provided on the website. All correspondence will be conducted via the corresponding
    author’s registered email.

  10. Editorial Decision
    All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. The final decision rests with the Editorial Board. The editors reserve the right to make minor editorial changes to improve clarity without
    altering scientific content.
